It is my great pleasure to welcome you to Tokyo Live 2026, which will be held at SHOWA Medical University Koto Toyosu Hospital on March 20–21, 2026. Following the continued success of previous live seminars, we are delighted to once again bring together leading endoscopists from Japan and around the world for this international live endoscopy event.

I am honored to welcome our distinguished faculty members from Japan and abroad, whose expertise and insights will further enrich the scientific discussions and contribute to the advancement of gastrointestinal endoscopy.

Tokyo Live has been serving as a premier platform for live demonstrations and academic exchange in advanced endoscopy. This year’s program will feature live demonstrations of various advanced endoscopic procedures, including ESD, POEM, double-balloon enteroscopy, ERCP, and interventional EUS. These sessions will provide valuable insights into the latest developments in therapeutic endoscopy. Please note that the procedures are subject to case selection and clinical feasibility.

In addition to the live demonstrations, the program will include lectures by leading experts covering recent advances in therapeutic endoscopy and emerging technologies in the field.
