Welcome Message from the Course Director
Dear Esteemed Colleagues,
It is with immense pleasure that I extend to you a warm welcome to Tokyo Live 2025. Following the resounding success of last year’s event, we are delighted to once again convene in person at SHOWA Medical University Koto Toyosu Hospital on April 12-13, 2025. This year’s gathering promises to be an exceptional occasion, bringing together a distinguished group of endoscopists from Japan and around the world.
I am honored to introduce our esteemed international guests, who will share their expertise and insights, further enriching our discussions and contributing to the advancement of endoscopy.
Tokyo Live 2025 is not only a premier platform for upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopy but also a showcase of cutting-edge advancements in hepatobiliary interventions and interventional EUS. Our live demonstrations will feature the latest techniques, including ESD, ARMS/ARMA/ARMP/ARM-PV for GERD, Z-POEM, POET, and small bowel endoscopy, providing valuable insights into the evolving landscape of endoscopic therapy.
In addition to live demonstrations, our program includes a series of expert lectures on advanced flexible endoscopic procedures, ensuring that participants remain at the forefront of innovation and best practices.
As we engage in scientific exchange, I encourage you to also take time to experience the charm of Tokyo in spring, when the city is adorned with breathtaking cherry blossoms. May this event be a memorable occasion, blending professional enrichment with cultural appreciation.
Once again, welcome to Tokyo Live 2025. Let us come together to learn, collaborate, and celebrate the future of endoscopy.
Warm regards,
Haruhiro Inoue, MD, PhD, FJGES, FASGE
