*Course A- 1-day course

July 8 (Sat):  Live case demonstration at Showa University Koto ToyosuHospital
Expecting participants: 170 persons
Registration Fee: 20,000JPY (*approx. 170USD) for one day.
Accommodation is NOT included. 

*Course B- 2 days course

Day 1. July 8 (Sat): Live case demonstration at SHOWA Medical University Koto Toyosu Hospital
Day 2. July 9 (Sun):   Hands-on training  at M-TEC（Olympus) and a get together party at Hachioji, Tokyo
Expecting participants: 30 persons / ten tables
Registration Fee: 105,000JPY (*approx. 800USD) *a whole two-days-sessions, two nights' accommodations and a get-together party at Hachioji are included.

Tutors are all skillful with having more than 100 clinical experiences of POEM. 

This hands-on training course aims to learn the indications and precise techniques of POEM procedure for esophageal achalasia and contribute to the patient's welfare. It is intended for endoscopists to experience therapeutic endoscopy. 
On the first day, participants will see the POEM demonstration in Koto Toyosu Hospital, followed by specific lectures and Q&As.
On the second day, participants will travel to M-TEC (Olympus) in Hachioji, Tokyo, to learn practical procedures in the wet lab.
Participants will receive a Certificate upon successful completion of this two-day course.
