- On-site registration and cash payments will not be available.
- Please print your name badge and bring it with you to the venue.
- There are no printing stations available at the venue.

On-site Registration

[For Participants Attending On-site]
1. Please print your name badge from your My Page (available for download from Wednesday, April 22) and bring it with you to the venue.
2. At the Registration Desk, staff will verify your attendance. After confirmation, please pick up a name card holder and proceed to the session rooms.
*A receipt can be downloaded from your My Page after payment is completed.

Name Badge / Certificate of Attendance / Receipt

Please print your Name Badge in color on A4 paper in advance and bring it with you.
The badge should be folded into quarters and placed in the name holder provided at the registration desk.
The Name Badge and Certificate of Attendance will be available for download from your My Page during the periods indicated below.

*Receipts can be downloaded from your My Page after the registration fee has been paid.

To access your My Page, please use the URL provided in the email titled “Notification of Payment and Completion of Registration”, or click the blue “My Page” button at the bottom of this page. Your Registration ID and Password are required for login.

Registration Procedure

・Please complete your registration by clicking the “Registration” button below.
・To register, select “New Registration” and proceed through the steps: “Enter Registration Information” → “Payment.”
・After submitting your information, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Your registration is considered complete once this email has been received.
*Please note that registration by telephone, fax, or email cannot be accepted.

Once your registration is complete, please proceed to the payment page and select your preferred method of payment.

*Please be aware that registration fees are non-refundable after payment has been completed. We kindly ask that you review all details carefully before finalizing your registration. Refunds cannot be issued even in the event that the congress must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.
