Dear Esteemed Colleagues,
It is with immense pleasure that I extend to you a warm welcome to Tokyo Live 2024. After a hiatus of four years due to the challenging times of the Corona pandemic, it brings us great joy to convene once again. Our gathering this year promises to be truly exceptional, bringing together an esteemed group of endoscopists from both Japan and abroad.
I am delighted to introduce our distinguished international guests: Dr. Amrita Sethi from the USA, Dr. Stefan Seewald from Switzerland, Dr. Lawrence Ho from Singapore, and Dr. Philip Chiu from Hong Kong. Their expertise and insights will undoubtedly enrich our discussions and contribute to the advancement of endoscopy.
Tokyo Live 2024 is not just a platform for showcasing upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopy but also for exploring innovations in hepatobiliary and interventional EUS. Live demonstrations will feature cutting-edge techniques such as ESD, ARMS/ARMA/ARMP for GERD, Z-POEM, POET, and small bowel endoscopy, providing valuable insights into the latest developments in the field.
In addition to live demonstrations, our program includes a series of lectures on advanced flexible endoscopic procedures, ensuring that attendees are at the forefront of knowledge in this rapidly evolving field.
As you immerse yourself in the scientific exchange, I encourage you to also savor the beauty of Tokyo in early April, when the city is adorned with the exquisite cherry blossoms. May this event be a memorable blend of professional enrichment and cultural appreciation.
Once again, welcome to Tokyo Live 2024. Let us come together to learn, collaborate, and celebrate the advancements in endoscopy.
Warm regards,
March 14, 2024
