Upper GI Tract Session (Session No. HO2, HO3, HO5)

This year’s upper GI hands-on session will
eature three specialized programs:
1. Gastric ESD
2. Sutuart
3. Closure Techniques

All three workshops will be conducted using the G-Master ex vivo model (Kotobuki Medical).

1. Gastric ESD Hands-on

Participants will have the opportunity to practice using a variety of ESD knives, including needle-type knives, scissor-type knives, and the IT-2 knife.

2. Sutuart Hands-on

This session will begin with a short lecture explaining the fundamentals of the Sutuart system, followed by practical hands-on training.

3. Closure Techniques Hands-on

This session will introduce a wide range of closure devices and techniques, including:
Clips: Mantis Clip, DAT Clip, LOCADO Clip, OTSC
Suturing methods: ROLM, Loop9, CLiPS, and more
A brief instructional lecture will precede the hands-on portion to ensure effective learning.

Participants may select one course per time slot, but are welcome to register for multiple sessions scheduled at different times.
Please note that due to limited availability, we may restrict multiple registrations if the number of applicants exceeds capacity.

Hands-on training includes:
・EUS imaging and convex scope handling
・EUS-FNA
・EUS-guided biliary drainage (mainly EUS-HGS)
・EUS-guided drainage for WON using Hot AXIOS

Session HO8:
Mastering Therapeutic ERCP
From Metal Stenting to Stone Extraction (Fujifilm)
Hands-on training includes:
Biliary cannulation
・Metal and plastic stent placement

Learn essential tips and techniques for EST, stone extraction, and biliary stenting — all shared by experienced endoscopists.
