The 2nd JGES International Scientific Program

Congress participants are welcome to attend the full Scientific Program of The 2nd JGES International, held from September 11 to 12.

Please note that the Hands-on Seminar is a separate program and requires additional registration and payment.

Hands-on Seminar

Registration Fee: JPY 15,000 per session

If vacancies are available on the day of the seminar, on-site registration will be available.

Participants who successfully complete a session will receive a Certificate of Completion.
Please note that registration for The 2nd JGES International congress is required to attend the Hands-on Seminar.

Co-sponsored Sessions
Meals will be provided at the co-sponsored sessions, including a boxed lunch at the Luncheon Seminar, a breakfast set at the Morning Seminar, and complimentary sweets and beverages in the Exhibition Room / Corporate Lounge.

Food and drink will be distributed in a limited quantity at each co-sponsored session. The distribution of food and beverages is not ticketed and is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you arrive after the food and beverage service has finished, you are still welcome to attend the session. Vegetarian and halal meal options will also be available.

Poster Presentation Core Time
Complimentary beverages, including alcoholic drinks, will be available during the Poster Presentation Core Time.
